Drainage, soakwells and stormwater in Perth
Water with nowhere to go ends up under slabs, against walls or across the neighbour's yard. We install soakwells, stormwater drainage, culverts and service trenches, dug and graded so water runs where it is meant to.

Drainage work we do
Soakwell size and numbers usually come from your building plans or council requirements. If you are not sure what you need, ask and we will talk it through.
- Soakwells dug, installed and connected to downpipes
- Stormwater lines and drainage trenches
- Culverts under driveways, tracks and roads
- Table drains and open drains for rural blocks and access roads
- Drain reworks and repairs
- Service trenches
Getting the fall right
Drainage only works if it is graded to fall. We set the levels before we dig, bed the pipes properly, then backfill and compact so the trench doesn't sink later. On rural blocks and roads, table drains and culverts are shaped so water leaves the road surface instead of sitting on it.
From backyards to mine sites
We have reworked drains alongside the haul at Roy Hill's port and built drainage at the Roy Hill mine. The same care goes into a soakwell in a Perth backyard. Compact skid steers get through tight side access, and the excavators handle longer trench runs. Spoil from the dig goes away in our own tippers.
Signs your drainage needs work
If you are seeing any of these, the first step is usually checking the levels and where the water is actually going. Photos taken during or just after rain tell us a lot, so send them through with your quote request if you can.
- Water pooling against the house or under the slab after rain
- Soakwells that overflow in a decent downpour
- Washouts across driveways and tracks
- Boggy patches in the yard that never dry out
- Erosion along table drains and road edges
