Commercial and industrial earthworks

Bulk cuts, fills, compaction and hardstand pads for commercial and industrial sites around Perth and regional WA. This is the scale of work our crew has delivered for more than 20 years on mine sites, and the fleet is set up for it.

Builders and developers get one contractor who can carry the site from bare ground to finished pad, with the drainage, kerbing and paths done by the same crew.

Commercial work we take on

We can take the earthworks on their own, or carry the site through to drainage, kerbing and paths.

  • Bulk earthworks: cut, fill and haul
  • Building pads for warehouses, sheds and commercial buildings
  • Hardstands, laydown areas and yards
  • Car park and access road subgrades
  • Drainage, culverts and service trenches
  • Kerbing and footpaths around the finished site

Track record

On Roy Hill's port bulking project we loaded and hauled 400,000 tonnes of material. At the Roy Hill mine we built the CTP laydown area, with the drainage and rehabilitation around it. Those jobs run under strict safety systems and tight schedules, and that is how we run commercial jobs in Perth too.

Safety first

Our safety systems and training were built for zero-harm Tier 1 mine sites, so inductions, site rules and working around other contractors are normal for us. Projects are run to the budget and schedule that were quoted, and you will speak directly to the people running the work.

What to send us

For commercial jobs, send the drawings, the earthworks spec and your programme. Let us know about site access, working hours, induction requirements and anything else on site we need to work around, like other trades, live traffic or existing services.

If the cut and fill volumes are known we can price straight from them. If not, we can work them out from the levels on the drawings. Bigger jobs can be staged to suit your build programme.
